Puppy Contract​

  1. Deposit - Buyer agrees to pay a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve the puppy. The deposit is then applied to the overall purchase price. If the Buyer cancels for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. If Breeder cannot provide the puppy, the deposit will be refunded. 

  2. Payment - The remaining balance is due before or at puppy pickup. Puppy will not leave the Breeder’s care until payment is made in full, and this contract is signed. 

  3. Health Care - Breeder certifies the puppy has received first round of age-appropriate vaccinations and routine deworming. The Buyer agrees to schedule a vet exam within 72 hours of pickup, and it is up to the Buyer to continue vaccination and deworming schedule. Breeder makes no guarantee against illness caused by stress, environment, parasites, or improper care after pickup. 

  4. Breeding Rights - Breeding rights are NOT included unless the Buyer pays an additional $1,000 fee. All puppies are sold as Pet Only. If breeding rights are not purchased, the puppy must be spayed/neutered between 6 to 12 months of age. Puppy may not be bred, intentionally or accidentally. Unauthorized breeding voids any guarantees.  

  5. NO GUARANTEES - Breeder does not guarantee adult size, color, markings, eye color, or temperament.  

  6. No Returns/No Refunds- All sales are final. Breeder does not offer refunds or exchanges once the puppy leaves Breeder’s care. If for whatever reason the Buyer is unable to keep said puppy, they are to contact Mile High Acres & Aussies first. They are not to take the puppy to a shelter, rescue, or sell to a third-party without approval by Mile High Acres & Aussies.  

  7. Agreement - This contract represents the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer. This agreement is not valid unless signed by both parties.
